Join us for a run
Monday night (19:00 from Mercedes-Benz Training Centre, Delaware Drive, Tongwell, MK15 8BA) run.
Wednesday runs (9:30 David Lloyd reception) are usually organised and led by Martin and are suitable for all abilities and we mix runs with session work – always with a social focus.
Thursday night (19:00 by the road just past the barriers to David Lloyd) either for an run or session work (hills, intervals or a handicap run) – suitable for all.

Club Equity Statement
This club is committed to ensuring that equity is incorporated across all aspects of its development. In doing so it acknowledges and adopts the following Sport England definition of sports equity:
