Wednesday morning; meet in Reception to David Lloyd at 9.30am prompt and we go out for about an hour – either doing a general run or sessions, i.e. Hills, Intervals or a Handicap run. Suitable for all standards, this is led by Martin Monday night; meeting at Mercedes-Benz Training Centre, Delaware Drive, Tongwell, MK15 8BA to leave at 19.00, but we ask new runners to arrive at 18.50, this group goes for a 4 mile run with loop backs and we also 2.7 miles easier group we call our Step Up group. Sunday morning; meet mostly at 9.00. Suitable for all who want to go a little bit further. Issue a weekly mail which usually send on a Thursday goes to the Redway Runners and contains news that may be of interest.
Joining ‘Redway Runners’
‘Redway Runners’ is affiliated to the Association of Running Clubs (ARC), England Athletics and Triathlon England, membership is open to everyone. We are an independent running club, it is just £5 which covers membership to the 31 March each year.
So if you would like to join, you can do this all on-line it is just £5. (Add £15.45 if you want England Athletics affiliation).

Also if you are not a David Lloyd member and want to run with that is not a problem, but you will not be able to use the David Lloyd Facilities including the car park
Once you are a member, if you would like to buy club kit then we have an on-line store available from our web-site under ‘store’.
If you have already registered for Saturday free timed 5k parkrun you can update your details to include ‘Redway Runners’ as the club – easiest way is from the mail from parkrun, click ‘manage my profile’ this takes you to a parkrun web page and click ‘update’ then from the running club select the club and button ‘please alter’. You can do this without joining the club as it is a free event.
We want to encourage running for all and like the phrase ‘No Speed Discrimination’
We aim to be a social running club but able to meet the needs of various runners working for different goals or no specific goal at all.
