Who
As we only have limited seating for the meal (120) we are initially limiting places to paid members of Redway Runners and one guest who must be over 16. If after the 10 November we still have places then we will make more spaces available.
What
This will be a 3 course meal, followed by a disco.
Where
Upstairs at David Lloyd, Milton Keynes.
When
Arrive at 19.00 on the 6 December – bar closes at 1.30am and finishes at 2am.
How much and how do I book?
Then we need a cheque for £22 per person payable to ‘David Lloyd Redway Runners’ together with your menu choices from the menu below.
You then need to pass these to Julie Martin, or Martin Lawrence.
Alternatively you can pay by Bank Transfer to the club bank account, Sort code 301553, Number 42390360, Name; David Lloyd Redway Runners – you must also mail you menu choices.
Your place is not reserved until payment and menu choices are received.
Dress code
Smart casual – no jeans, trainers or running lycra!!
Christmas Present Box
For the last few years we have collected presents for charity to be distributed to children, this was hugely successful and we would like to continue this tradition. So if you could please bring a present wrapped and labelled as for a boy or girl with a rough age group.
This year the presents are being passed to Banardos
Please be careful to included batteries where needed. There will be a box just inside the function room to put these in on arrival at the Christmas meal or otherwise these can be left with the run leads.
