Seven Parishes Special, This trail takes in seven parishes. It visits Woburn, Eversholt, Ridgmont, Husborne, Crawley, Aspley Guise, Woburn Sands and Aspley Heath. We will be having a Step Up and Social Discovery run (each group will head out in a different direction.) the route is about 13 miles (21K)
