We hold a Handicap Run which follow a 4.4 mile route from the Barriers next to the entrance to David Lloyd, then course goes along the canal over the V10, up the ‘Zig Zags’ round both lakes and back to David Lloyd along the V10. (scroll down for map)
Each runner has a start time so that all runners ‘should’ finish at the same time.

We held the 65th running of our Handicap run on Friday 25 July 2025, with 27 runners taking up the challenge, thanks to the timing team of John Church, Kevin Orchard and Martin Lawrence
First home was Andy Camish and fastest time was by Ana Maria Wilson
