Well you’re not alone! Running with a group of like minded individuals who have a similar goal is a great incentive to get out of bed and get training. Starting January 2015 we will be running a series of Sunday training runs, aimed at anyone doing the Milton Keynes Marathon or Half Marathon. These Sunday runs usually get an average of 70 runners and are suitable for all abilities. [/av_textblock] [/av_one_full]
