For 2015 Redway Runners are again holding ‘Marathon clinics’ these will be useful for all marathon runners – also for anyone who enjoys running

We have 3 great speakers lined up with:
- Mark Kleanthous, IronMate who will be talking about Planning, Preparation and Training
- Andy Hully from the Milton Keynes Marathon Race Director talking about the MK Marathon and half, so you know what to expect and what will be different from other years
- Spencer Ollington a club member who has done it, he has been to the clinics, he has done the Sunday runs (plus many others) and he has done the Marathon (plus run back to back marathons), so he will tell you what it is really like
- Nick Anderson, Coaching Editor for Mens Running
- Campbell Noon, from Re-Leaf on The mind the body and the running shoe
- Robin Dowswell, DrDobbin on ‘Marathon Nutrition’
- Mark Kleanthous, IronMate who will be talking about that all important final preparation with tapering, nutrition and mistakes not to make
- Andy Hully the Milton Keynes Marathon (and half) Race Director talking about the final details for the MK Marathon and half, so you know those last minute details
- Gareth Snelson, Event director for the MK parkrun and personal trainer on tapering, niggles, last minute plans, what to expect on race day
