** Old Money Run Sunday 17 September

** Beginners groups
We have new beginners groups starting with Monday, Wednesday and Friday evening courses, plus Saturday and Thursday mornings, want the details and how to sign up go to:

** Need For Speed
Want to improve you 5K times then we have two Need For Speed courses, Saturday and Tuesday mornings starting in September, all the details and how to sign up go to:

Just to confirm the Saturday course starts 9 September and Tuesday course 12 September and the Morning of the PBs at MK parkrun is Saturday 11 November.

** parkrun Road Trip – 2 September
We have a Redway Runners parkrun road trip on Saturday 2 September to the new University of Northampton parkrun which is at the Waterside Campus, come along we will get a big green photo at 8.45am near the start.

** Trainers for Training
Remember we are collecting old trainers that still have some life in them till mid-September for the MK Homeless, just bring them to a club run or event and leave with the run lead.
