Love Admin Migration

We want to let you know about an important forthcoming change to the club’s membership administration arrangements. Members should experience minimal disruption as a result of this change.
When you joined the club, you created a membership account with Love Admin. The club has used this provider and its platform for many years. Love Admin has since rebranded as Thrive4 and introduced a new platform for clubs. You may already have seen Thrive4 referenced on payment descriptions.
Redway Runners is currently scheduled to migrate to the new platform on 21 and 22 September 2026.
Although the migration is expected to take place primarily overnight, access to your Love Admin account and booking facilities will be unavailable for a limited period.
Once the migration has been completed, we will email you to confirm that the platform is available again. You will receive a new login link. Any existing bookmarks you have to the log in page will need to be updated.
On your first log in to the new platform, you will be required to create a new password.
All information currently held on your membership account should be transferred to the new platform.
The new user interface will have an updated appearance and is expected to be easier to navigate.
We are working closely with Thrive4 to ensure that the migration is completed as smoothly as possible, and several club administrators will receive training before the transition.
A further benefit of the new platform is that members will be able to pay by card when booking club events or purchasing items from the club. Plus an app will be available hopefully making it better to navigate on a smart device.
We will provide further updates as the migration date approaches.
