Remembrance Run 2024

We are holding a Remembrance run in the club for Redway Runners ‘For those that will not run with us anymore, you will always be running amongst us’ (the words on the club bench)
It will be on Sunday the 3 November 2024, the club social run will start from the Warbler on the Wharf and the Step up run and ramble from the car park on the canal at Campbell park, at 9am, then the runs will meet at the Redway Runners remembrance bench in Newlands Walk for a remembrance with our very own Richard, conducting the act of remembrance. Just want to come along to this part that is perfectly fine.
We want to remember the Redway Runners who are no longer with us, to make sure that we remember them please drop a mail to Redway Runners and let us know the name and if you want to say a few words or have a few words for us to read let us know, please mail rr@redwayrunners.com
As it is close to Remembrance Sunday if you are a poppy seller it would be nice to have someone at the start of the runs and afterwards at Warbler on the Wharf selling poppies to those who want to have a poppy.
After the runs then we will meet at Warbler on the Wharf for post run refreshments, they are opening earlier for us at 10am.
