Our free beginners groups (just need to join the club, but that is just £5 for membership to 31 March 2023) are now available to book, they start in September, you could join the over one thousand people who have started with our beginners groups and work to running a free 5K in November.
We would love to have you along for this journey and have 4 groups to pick from.
