| 3 Nothing to improve, the course was really well put together and Debs, Steve and all the helpers were amazing in giving up their time, supporting us all and using their enthusiasm to keep us all going. A great experience – thank you 🙂 |

| 21 What can I say! Annette, Simon, Steve, Lottie, Nic and all the helpers are some of the most amazing people I have ever met. You are inspiring, motivating, kind and brilliant fun. This was a lovely course with everyone supporting each other. I am feeling quite sad that the course has finished. It went so quickly. I have been so inspired that, legs willing, I have registered for the 02H course in September (must be crazy). |

| 26 No suggestions. It’s been such a good experience. I am looking forward to joining another course (maybe need for speed) at a later date…. But will continue to run with the step up groups in the meantime. |
| 27 Actually, no suggestions just wanted to take this opportunity to say, it has been an AMAZING experience and even though I said I haven’t continued running, it is only because I had my graduation run yesterday but do plan to do some more running in one way or another. I just wanted to mention Annabel’s professionalism and dedication to our team. It was such a great experience! Truly loved it… |
| 28 I can’t think of any improvements… I have felt so welcome, my fitness has improved, and I will be continuing to run weekly with you all! Thank you again! |

| 31 No, I have loved every minute, great running leads & fantastic green army volunteers every week, I never dreamed I could run for 1 min let alone over 50 non stop, thank you, I will be proud to wear my RR top. |
| 33 Steve & Debs are amazing run leads. Inclusive, encouraging and friendly, and everyone in our group had a love of running by the end. No improvement needed in their courses, they work brilliantly together! |
| 34 Steve and Debs are most wonderful caring, supportive leaders who make each individual feel 100% looked after. Encouraging each person to get the best out of each person. Steve and Debs should get highly praised and recognised for their support. Could not have achieve being able to do the park run 5k without them. |
| 35 No suggestions just for someone who has always run on there own, joining a group and a club was new for me! But couldn’t have asked for more, amazing run leads and all the helpers were great. It was just the push I needed to get back into running and join a club too. |
| 37 I was on Lisa’s course. She is a diamond and real inspiration. Such a people person who never made me feel I wasn’t able to achieve the park run. I joined Sophie and Simon’s Monday ‘homework’ group and was made to feel so welcome. A huge thank you to all Redway Runner helpers…once I’ve recovered I WILL BE BACK. Please give this feedback to the group leaders … they have left a lasting impression. |

| 42 The last 10 weeks have been absolutely amazing and I have loved coming every week to Simon and Sophie’s session. I am so sad that the group is over but looking forward to starting a new chapter in running! Thank you so much Sophie and Simon you are both incredible and thank you for helping me get to running 5K! |
| 43 Amazing in every way. I was apprehensive but Debs and Steve were so encouraging and treated us all as individuals. Wonderful assets to Redway runners. Cannot thank them enough. |
| 44 Redway Runners is an awesome club. Sophie and Simon are brilliant coaches – so friendly, efficient and helpful. There is nothing to improve upon. You have the best right here. I shall be eternally grateful to both of them, and Sophie especially. Thank you. |
| 45 I was happy with the format, timings and the way Martin ran the course. He fully supported and gave his time to each of us with no question asked ever being made to seem silly. |
| 46 To me it could not have gone better. Becky and Ian were amazing. Great fun and sense of humour. Made everyone feel welcome and managed everyone’s differences in abilities well. Will recommend to friends. |
