With Easter fast approaching, some changes to club runs over the weekend
Good Friday
The Friday morning club run is on at 9.30am from David Lloyd reception, this run does 10 miles and normally aimed at those that do 9 minute miles or quicker, but for this day will be up to about 9 minute 30 seconds a mile pace
The Evening social and pub run is on at 18:30
Gentle Step up is cancelled at 19:00
Saturday
We are doing a Redway Runners road trip to Dunstable Downs parkrun, meet near the start at 8.50am for a big green photo
parkruns should be going ahead at normal time, but always check with parkrun before travelling
Easter Sunday
Club run and step up runs are both on at 9am and operate with loop backs
Club run is from Westcroft Centre for 60 or 120 minutes
Step Up run is from the Talbot Inn
Easter Monday
- At 10.00am we have a special ‘Roman Run’ meeting at the Badminton Centre
No Step up or Recovery runs morning runs
In the evening we have:
- 18:00pm from Mercedes a Social run with Luke
- 18:30pm Trail Finder run with Jonathan
- 19:00pm from Mercedes we have a Step Up run with Nikki
NO other evening runs

Easter Monday Roman Run
Come and join Empress Rosalind and Centurion Jim for a historical run around north-west MK on Easter Monday 22 April 2019 at 10.00am to discover Roman delights and other historical treats! Please park at the Loughton Lodge Lake car park opposite the Badminton Centre MK8 9LA. Fancy dress, especially togas are encouraged! There are prizes for the most fetching outfit on the day! The run is about 5.5 miles, with stops to share tasty historical titbits about the area!
