Brand New a free 4 week course on the Track for Redway Runners members on Wednesdays, at 6pm at Stantonbury Track till 7pm on 8, 15, 22 and 28 March 2023
This is a 4 week block based on the track giving skills and guidance on training and improving form.
With the aim of improving times and efficiency. So if you are struggling to see those times coming down, need inspiration to train and want to improve your efficiency as a runner this is for you.
It is being led for the club by our Coach Lea F
If you are not a Redway Runners member then join on-line is is just £5 for the year to 31 March 2024
Note our regular Wednesday night track sessions will also be running on these dates, no need to book those
