*** All February – Food Bank Run
We are collecting for the Food Bank Run, bring items to club runs and leave with run leads, bring to any MK parkrun during February or to Chiltern League Cross Country this Saturday.

*** Cross Country this Saturday
This Saturday is the last race of the Chiltern League Cross Country, if you are First claim EA registered and have a green top take part and help us stay in division one.

*** Three of our monthly runs this weekend
Friday Evening – Step up run
Saturday morning – Long Off-Road run
Sunday morning – Social Discovery run, 9.30am from Wolverton House, 8 to 9 miles off road adventure.

*** Order Kit for Beginners Graduation
Last date to order standard kit for the beginner’s graduation is 12 February, graduation Saturday 11 March, order at:

Friday 17 February, social at Spoons near the station from 7pm, all welcome

*** Big Green Food Bank parkrun
Wear your green club top and bring a tin for the MK Food Bank Box to Milton Keynes parkrun for 8.50am group photo on Saturday 18 February

*** Treasure Hunt Run
