Redway Runners marathon training starts this Sunday (6 January 2019) from the MK Dons stadium with the ‘class of 2019’, this is ideal for anyone planning a spring marathoon, also ideal for anyone working towards a half marathon as well or just wants a long Sunday run.
The run this week starts at 80 minutes then each week increases by 10 minutes and most week we have the option to drop out of the run at 60 minutes.
What we ask is that runners are able to run for the full 60 minutes and at least 80% of the full running time.
As these runs are usually really busy in January we will also be offering an extra Sunday run for 60 minutes for those working towards a 10K. This run is in addition to our Step Up run that is an easier pace and walking is fine, this run lasts or 45 minutes and has an option of an extra 30 mintes at the end.
All these runs start at 9am and do loop backs to keep everyone together and safe in a fun and friendly method
Anyway you can check the details of all the runs at:
