Welcome to 2022 and 1 January 2022 is Redway Runners 11th birthday, told it is going to be a Platinum year, so maybe you are thinking about your New Year challenge, we have something for you with:
*** Take up running
Change your life, get fitter, make new friends and have fun, we have new beginners groups starting, but you need to book, do not delay as courses are filing up, details at:

*** Already running and want to join a club
Running with others makes a real difference, Redway Runners has runs mornings, weekends and evening at all paces, as well as social runs we have interval sessions, track, plus much more, find out about the club and get the club weekly mail by registering at:

You can join for a single fee of just £5 and that gives membership to 31 March 2023, join online on the club website

Why not try something a bit different for 2022
Give Cross Country a go, the good news is the next race is a home event at Campbell Park on Saturday 15 January, to take part need to be a member and have England Athletics affiliation, plus run in a club top, want more info, then we have it at:

*** Take the 24 hour challenge
This Year we will be doing many of our events again and already MK24 which takes place on 25 and 26 June 2022 is open for entries, this event takes place over 24 hours and you run as many laps as you can or want to
