Saturday 4th August – Outdoor core Taster

Lead; Clean Coach Katie

Hello everyone my name is Katie, also known as Clean Coach Katie. Lovely to meet you! I am a member of the Redway Runners and also a Personal Trainer.

On Saturday 4th August, I will be hosting an outdoor core taster session at Willen Lake (on the grass opposite the cafe) after park run at 10am.

The session will be for 30 minutes and ideal for runners wanting to improve their core and add variety into their training schedule. Strengthening your core will help stabilise the body when running, improve form & posture to help prevent injury and potentially even run faster 😉 who can say no to that!?

This session is free and open to all runners, ages and abilities!

Look forward to seeing you threre.
