Again this Summer Redway Runners will be holding a series of ‘Extra’ Pop Up runs, these will take place during, July, August and September 2019

The Dukes pub. 7-9 Leighton Road, Heath and Reach. 10-mins south of MK. The run will start and finish here. Ample parking.
About the run:
Suitable for all standards of runners. This will be mixed trail/ track running.
Route and length- that’s a secret!
Kit:
Normal running kit, off road shoes optional. Water pistol side arm essential (a few are available to borrow).
Description
Runners will follow a marked route, of unknown duration, whilst avoiding maurading zombies, who will try and infect you with their zombie viruses. You can defeat the zombies with a head shot from your water pistol. Extra water pistol “ammunition” may well be useful…!

Bride run, about a 5.5 mile route but allow 2 hours
Groom run, about 3 miles but allow 75 minutes

This will be in place of the Sunday runs, the drama will unfold during the run
About the run:
Drama run, a Milton Keynes historical costume drama based on a true story, it is a rom com, but it will be fun set in 1909.
If coming to watch arrive at St James Church at 9.45am for a 10am wedding
Dress appropriately for the run, wedding outfits great – why not wear a tie, or even a shirt, flat caps the wedding accessory for 1908, or a summer dress, maybe add a carnation to your outfit – just add to the fun
Be aware the run will be recorded on video and wedding photos will be taken.
After the run join us at the Giffard Park pub for the wedding breakfast

About the run:
The Redway Runners Friday Social Run and Drinks would like to invite you to join us for the pub to pub run 2019 .
This run is for all runners and abilities within Redway Runners. It’s about having fun and a good time as is always the case with the Friday Social Group.
We will be running between the 4 pubs below (not in order) and staying for 20 – 25 mins at each one so that people can enjoy a drink. (just to clarify drink are to be purchased by each person and is not included as part of your large £5 club membership fee.)

- Wednesday 7th Aug. 8k Teardrops Lake from Woughton leisure centre, MK6 5E (Woughton run doing this run, Tattenhoe runs doing this run, Gentle Step up form Willen doing this run)
- Thursday 8th Aug. 9k at Caldecotte Lake from Caldecotte pub, MK7 8HP (6pm social from David Lloyd is doing this run)
- Friday 9th Aug. 10k at Willen Lake from The Pub on the Lake, Willen Lake.
