Did my beginners course with chris and was helped by lottey. Loved co leading beginners with Chris and now absolutely love running on Chris step up on Wednesdays. He is so encouraging.

What can I say about Lottey I love running with her I live her moaning and her swearing and the way we secretly challenge each other….although it’s unspoken we always seem to end with a sprint finish 🙂

As long as he keeps concentrating on avoiding buses going through puddles, I’m giving him a 10 🤣🙈

Aw, I did Beginners with Chris and Lisa 💚. It’s fab we are all Run Leads. Chris has is very witty and dedicated, please to run with (behind – way behind!). Lisa is just awesome and is always kind. Will persevere and encourage other runners. Haven’t seen Lottey for a while but Lottey hated running even more than me! Great dry sense of humour which I love. All in all, 3 lovely people/Run Leads. 💚

Lottey Gates taught me what it means to be a good team member, to put less pressure on myself and to enjoy becoming a better runner by becoming a better human, I am pretty sure I got on her nerves a lot during beginners, but I will forever be grateful for what she taught me! Lisa and Chris are hugely supportive and bring a little extra sunshine with them on every run, in spite of the weather you start and finish each run smiling more or less brightly!
