WHAT YOU SAID

Tara Needham

Luke is a great run lead, he is friendly, very encouraging and supportive, he does like to put in a few hills when he leads a run! Glenn is a great run lead, I like how he sends the faster and slower runners in different directions and it means there is no congestion. Hayley is a great run lead

Chris Jeanes

Luke is one of the legends of the club, loves a good Lukeback (a loopback on a hill). Hates it when I don’t go to his runs and is overall very chatty and friendly. He also covers my runs for me when I can’t do them and is an all round good egg. Glenn is a great run lead manages large groups with ease and is encouraging and friendly to everyone. I’m afraid I don’t know Hayley very well, sorry Hayley!

Diane Sibley Wilson

I’ve been on a few runs with Luke a while back (when I was fitter 😆) and he is so encouraging and loves a bit of banter. Luke sharing his running story a few years back (possibly a review of the year run 2919) was incredibly moving and made me realise the true value of a run and a chat 💚

Hayley is always so encouraging, she manages step up runs beautifully, timing loop backs perfectly to keep everyone together and involved.

Glenn is the loop back master, managing large groups going off in different directions, always encouraging and inspiring others.

So grateful to all 3 for the time dedicated to the club 💚

Ana Falcao Antunes Billenness

Glenn Dickinson is the master of loop backs and knows so very well how to keep a group together! Glenn and Debbie are both awesome run leads! Glenn is also brilliant at doing cool downs at the end. Glenn and his family all give a lot to the club! Hayley is lovely, smiley, happy and a fab lead. What can I say about Luke?! He keeps Simon Billenness in check 🤣. Luke is a lovely human being!

Laura Jane Everitt

Our lovely Hayley and wonderful Glenn.

Glenn came and saved me on mile 23 of my first marathon and I will be forever grateful 🙏

Never been speedy enough to be on one of Luke’s runs 🏃🏃🏃

Annette Smyth

Glenn – my hero! I think half the beginners in the club have done a course he’s led!

Mike Maguire

Great run leads and inspire me to keep trying harder, and yes even the hills Luke 😆

Kathy Kavanagh

▪︎ I will say Luke is our very own “Hills Master” 😜, his run are so smooth & always a cheeky hills or 2 or maybe 10 to top it off 😂🤭
