Sunday Social Discovery run + Sauna plus cold plunge

For the monthly Sunday Discovery run at 9.30am on 17 August, we are starting from Pineham farm, just outside Haversham (MK19 7DP), the Social run route is 6 -7 off road miles (you may get more with loop backs).
This is a new venue of renu Wellness centre who specialise in hot and cold contrast therapy through sauna and cold plunge.
They would welcome any of the runners post run for a complimentary session, if you fancy this bring swim outfit and some flip flops / sliders, if you would like this then let us know (rr@redwayrunners.com, so we can let them know rough numbers) So a fab run and therapy session for FREE.
They have facilities for the required post run cuppa as well.
