TRI-@-RUN – Event 1

We held our very first TRI-@-RUN on Saturday 16 April
Three runs all in one day, with almost 50 entered the challenge was to run a parkrun at 9am then submit your finish time, at 12 it was a one mile run along railway walk from Newport Pagnell, finally at 3pm it was the clubs 4.4 mile Handicap run, with the runners starting at times based on the first two events.
Easter Saturday turned out to be a very warm day, but it all worked really well and some amazing performances achieved.
Thanks to all that helped us put on the event, especially Dom and Will with timing
We have learnt a few things for future events and we hope to hold it again over the summer.
