We have nine courses starting for our members this September and they are all free for you. Not a member not a problem join on-line it is just £5 for membership and that lasts to the 31 March 2024.
So which course is for you?
** Beginners courses
We have five courses starting, with weekday mornings, Saturday morning and evening beginners courses. These courses are aimed at those that want to start running or return after a long break, you start at an easy pace and increase over each of the ten week to Graduate at the Milton Keynes 5K.

** Need For Speed
We have two courses starting, Saturday morning and Tuesday morning, this courses is for those that can run a 5K and want to improve their time, working over the 10 weeks focusing on speed work.

** Move On Up to Half Marathon
We have a Move On Up to Half Marathon course starting in September, this course is for runners that have completed a 10K, and now want to work towards their first half marathon this winter, like the MK Winter Half.
This will meet on Sunday mornings and use the club Tuesday evening Interval sessions.

** Strength & Agility
A four week course on the track to learn and improve you Strength and Agility, no need to book and runs alongside the normal Wednesday night stack session on 13, 20 September, 4 and 11 October,

When you have read all the details and decided, just sign in to your Redway Runners Love Admin account and go to ‘Events’ and find the course for you and book your place
