Important Update: Upcoming Club Membership System Migration

As we recently announced, we are moving the club’s membership administration platform from Love Admin to Thrive4. You can read the full background story at:

The migration is scheduled to take place this Monday afternoon, 21 September, setup work is already underway. Please take note of the important details below:

Access & Timelines

• Current System: Your Love Admin account will remain accessible until around 4:00 PM on Monday at this link:

Log in to Love Admin at; https://app.loveadmin.com/Login/2BA4A302403BD3AEE99421B64A7583FC.htm

• Pre-Migration Updates: If you need to update any personal information on your membership account, please log in and do so before Monday afternoon.
• New Platform Rollout: Once the migration is complete, our admin team will test the system to ensure everything is working correctly and we have a level of understanding of how things work.
• Your New Login: Once we are ready, you will receive an email containing a new login link to access Thrive4.
  • Note: Any existing browser bookmarks for the old login page will need to be updated.
  • Note: On your first log-in to the new platform, you will be required to create a new password.

Events & Club Kit

• Joining: You can still become a member of Redway Runners until 4pm on Monday, then will be a gap till available on the new platform, join today, click ‘Sign me up’ at: https://www.redwayrunners.com/join-us/
• Events: You can still enter our open events, till Monday afternoon:
  • Memorial Run: Sunday, 4 October
  • MK24: June 2027 – take advantage of early entry discounts
• Club Kit: These changes do not affect the club shop. You can still order items from the standard club kit range at:
