WHAT YOU SAID

Lorie Sutton

David is great and is so encouraging and supportive, whether you’re speedy or leisurely, and he has such a kind heart. David helped me get back into running after a long break, and had always done lots behind the scenes particularly in helping charitable causes, so it’s very fitting that he’s now our Community Lead. 💚

Daria is a fab lead too, and a dedicated hill-finder ! Also very encouraging, and very kind, yet so often makes me achieve more than I think I can! Daria also does lots to manage / organise truly excellent events like The Old Money Run. 💚

Tania Yelland

Daria is the best! Hills make us stronger runners (I think this is her motto 😂). Our marathon queen, full of advice, support, encouragement to get you through any race you enter. You will love her routes, sometimes she will take you off road to explore the history of MK! 💚

Sarah Evans

Daria is another fantastic run lead. I particularly love her Sunday step up sessions (minus the hills) and great when she shares a little bit of the history in her runs around Shenley Church End. Thanks Daria 💚

Marine Turner

David made me feel so welcome when i did my 1st step up run, very friendly & encouraging 👍

Sarah Hill

David is great especially on the Tuesday run, always so supportive of everyone. Friendly, welcoming and encouraging to all.

Annette Smyth

David is very supportive of back of the pack runners and do encouraging.

Daria my little trail queen one of my favourite run buddies and a genius at finding hills!!

Nikki Norman

Wow! These two are just awesome.

David is just brilliant. He’s the other part of our dream team for the daytime beginners. He’s so good at what he does, so encouraging, helpful and knowledgeable.

Daria is awesome on so many levels, she is so kind, caring and encouraging. Her Sunday runs are always brilliant. She’s also in charge of the Old Money Run and works her socks off weeks prior to the event to ensure it goes smoothly on the day. I’m so proud to work alongside her again this year.

💚💚

Rachel Mckenzie-Martin

Daria is just awesome, fab routes, hills 🥴 extremely supportive and a good all rounder- love running with you x

I don’t believe I’ve run with David but I’m sure he’s awesome too. X 🙌 Thank you both for giving up your free time. X

Annie Higson

These two are great! Daria organises her runs very efficiently and manages to keep control of large groups with different paces. Her runs are fun and she chooses lovely routes. David is one of my favourite run leads, his enthusiasm is contagious and he contributes so much to the club as well as leading runs.

Louise Page

Daria is fabulous, so encouraging and supportive. I haven’t been on a David led run, but see him out with his beginners groups and at run events, he is a great team member always helping out at events, setting up etc.

Tara Needham

Fabulous, friendly, encouraging leaders.

I live in Shenley and whenever Daria leads a run she always finds a path I’ve never been on. Plus there’s always a hill involved. Good training is the buzz word.
