WHAT YOU SAID

Tania Yelland

Sue is one of my running besties we have the most amount of fun, chatting around any route, Especially London Landmarks great for advice about which park runs to do and fundraising activities. I think it’s time to book in for another event Sue Aspinall…best get looking xx

Lorie Sutton

What’s not to love and admire about Sue?! She’s AWESOME! Park Run Protagonist, Spinny-thing Superstar and Statistical Sorcerer! ✅✨⚙️☸️

And aside of all this, she’s a quiet little powerhouse of energy and determination, with such sound advice and a very kind heart. Sue also makes you believe you can achieve whatever you want – if you just set your mind to it.

Deffo one of the best, in her own quiet unassuming way xx

Melanie Beels

Sue is one of the nicest people I know, we’ve done many a long run together, memorably the Twin Lakes and Winter Half, she is the Parkrun guru and a good friend

Kathy Kavanagh

Another two great run leads. We are so lucky to have so many of them. Yes I agree Sue is definitely Mrs parkrun x

Sally Falconer

Lisa Cameron

Sue has an encyclopaedic knowledge of Parkrun she likes a spinney thing and is an all round nice person

Gary lovely guy often see him volunteering at Parkrun is always encouraging to all

Gary is the second run leader i met after i joined, he made me feel so welcome & part of the Redway Runners family, he is so supportive & very friendly.

Then months later…we ended being “copycat”, very often attending the same races, same running events, running & biking at the same time at the same day (still not too sure who copy each other their ah ) Gary you are a legend!

Ruth Devaney
