We do not think this has been tried before, but on Saturday the 25 September 2021 we want to see how many different parkruns across the world we can have Redway Runners running at.
To take part you will need to have ‘Redway Runners’ registered as your club on your parkrun profile (you can update it from the parkrun website or links in the parkrun mails).
Of course on the Saturday wear your green club top to the event and get a photo to share.
So comment below with the parkrun you can bag (attend)
Since parkruns began 3,500 Redway Runners have run parkruns, with 95,251 parkruns
From the restart – a total 1,736 runs by Redway Runners (an average of 289 per week) at 161 different venues. Highest number of different venues was last Saturday – 62 which is up from 45 the week before and previous highest of 51. Seven different venues have had a Redway Runners each of the six weeks at:
- Bedford
- Buckingham
- Great Denham
- Linford Wood
- Millennium Country
- Milton Keynes
- Salcey Forest
But the club analysis as far as we know, to tell across all clubs does not exist so we are going to claim the world record!!
Let’s set a worldwide record, if you cannot travel lets also have a big turnout at Milton Keynes parkruns
