Redway Runners are absolutely thrilled to announce that we have been honoured with the ‘King’s Award for Voluntary Service’ by HM the King on his 76th birthday, 14 November 2024
This prestigious award, equivalent to an MBE, is the highest accolade for volunteer groups in the UK. It recognises outstanding commitment of all our Volunteers to serving the community and creating positive change for our members.
This is special recognition of the work that is done by so many club volunteers, for so many more. A massive THANK YOU. Your help to make Redway Runners a place for all our members to enjoy, and the benefits to physical and mental health that comes with it. We would also like to thank the numerous individuals who nominated the club for this award. Congratulations, we have been awarded what is the ‘MBE for volunteer groups’.
Redway Runners volunteers, members and the whole of Milton Keynes should be extremely honoured that this major recognition has been granted to ‘Redway Runners who run Milton Keynes’
Massive Thank You to all our volunteers, this is huge.
We will have much more on this fantastic news shortly…
